why are these people still out on bail enjoying life

These people are still on bail and are enjoying life. They take no notice of bail restrictions and frequently go out in Runcorn and have no concience of what has happenened. The mother is self centered and thinks of nobody but herself
Was Joshua on an 'at risk register'??..After all he was in hospital just a week before his death with a broken arm and other injuries..This woman always has her own interests at heart!! She has only herself in mind and thats her only priority!!.. Why did this go unnoticed??.. She comes across as a lovely person however there is a very dark side hidden beneath, which is only shown rarely when crossed and she is very careful that this never witnesssed..This mother has severe psychological problems which essentially needs to be investigated before any other person comes to any harm. this bully is a devious person who has no concern for anyone and would stop at nothing to get her own way!! why is this murderer still on bail, allowed to see young children and family when she should be locked away for the protection of others?? ... They were only interested in drugs,drinks and partying!!!
