I agree.I got told that he had not long been released from prison for a similar crime.life imprisonment should have been the sentence
In about 2005 when Miller was 15, this scumbag nicked my gleaming Vespa. I took two days off work and marched around the estate in Nottingham banging on doors to find the runt that did it. I tracked him down with the help of dozens of locals (who'd all been burgled by him) and stood in his garden shouting, and then got the police to nick him. Anyway, I committed his name to memory - no small feat for me - Talos Miller. Never met a more evil teenager in my life, a genuine psychopath.
Just looked him up (2019), and discovered three of four years later he'd killed this poor man. But he is still inside, having his sentence extended several times. Last time was for hiding a phone up his bum! He's still inside now!
