Summary Birmingham City Council working in partnership with West Midlands Police, secured three full Anti-social Behaviour Orders (ASBOs) and two Interim Anti Social Behaviour Orders against five Aston youths at Birmingham Magistrates Court yesterday, following repeated acts of anti-social behaviour in the community.

District Judge Davison granted ASBOs against Wahidur Rahman (17), of Frederick Road, Aston; Foysol Rashid (19) of Whitehead Road, Aston; WASEEM SHABIR (20) of DOLMAN ROAD, ASTON; The 3 youths were part of group which at times numbered 20 or 30 and together they engaged in the following behaviour:
• Loud and abusive language
• Graffiti
• Causing damage to property including damage to the Prince Albert Junior and Infants School in Aston
• Drinking in the street
• Dangerous driving
• Noise nuisance and general anti social behaviour until 2 or 3 am in the morning
The Prince Albert Junior and Infants School in Aston suffered £10475 damage during the height of the problems.
Interim ASBO’s were made against two others who cannot be named for legal reasons.
