Sharon has been a remarkably good friend to my family over the past twenty five years or so. She had great compassion and concern for people, and a special talent for bringing joy to their lives. She was generous with her friendship and helped people with learning disabilities. She was a particularly staunch friend to at least one such person. She held strong views, notably on green issues, and argued them vigorously, but always with a smile. She was a warm, loving, caring person, and a happy person despite suffering ME. A Christmas card arrived the other day, looking forward to meeting up with us in March 2008 . . . . I am so very very sorry; she never deserved this; she deserved the best. There will be an angel waiting for her.

Sharon was a very happy and friendly person. She was a good friend to all at the Healing Sanctuary. She was kind and cheerful at all times and loed colourful clothes. We will all miss her
